These terms cover your use of this website and the exterior cleaning services provided by Pressure Cleaning Jacksonville FL. By requesting a quote or booking work you agree to them.
1. Using this website
The prices, timings and technical guidance on this site are provided in good faith and reflect typical Jacksonville-area conditions as of 2026. They are general information, not a quotation, and not professional advice for your specific property. Prices for your job are only binding once given in a written quote.
If you follow any DIY guidance on this site, you do so at your own risk. Pressure washing involves equipment that can cause injury and permanent property damage, and roof work involves working at height.
2. Quotes
- Quotes are provided free, in writing, with no obligation.
- A quote is a fixed price for the scope described in it, not an estimate.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Where a quote is prepared remotely from photographs or aerial imagery, it assumes the property matches what we were shown. If we arrive and the scope is materially different — significantly larger, a second storey we were not told about, access we cannot use — we will stop and re-quote before doing any work. We will never carry out extra work and bill you for it afterwards.
- Stain treatment for rust, oil and efflorescence is quoted as a separate line because it requires different materials.
3. Scheduling and weather
We confirm appointments the day before and arrive within an agreed window. Light rain does not affect cleaning results and we will usually continue. We will reschedule at no charge if conditions genuinely affect the work — heavy rain, high wind, lightning, or where sealing work requires a dry surface that we do not have.
For paver sealing specifically, we will reschedule rather than seal pavers that have not had a full 24 to 48 hours of dry weather. This is not negotiable, because sealing damp pavers causes permanent hazing.
4. What we need from you
- Access to the exterior areas being cleaned
- Access to a working outdoor water spigot
- Vehicles moved off driveways being cleaned
- Gate codes, keys or entry arrangements where the property is secured
- Notice of anything fragile, leaking or already damaged
- Pets kept indoors while we are working
If we cannot access the property at the agreed time and it has not been rescheduled in advance, a call-out charge may apply.
5. Payment
- Payment is due on completion, after you have inspected the work.
- No deposit is required for standard residential work.
- A deposit may be required for large sealing projects where materials are purchased in advance, and for commercial contracts. This will always be stated in the quote.
- We accept cash, check, credit card and bank transfer.
- Commercial accounts are invoiced on agreed terms.
6. What we can and cannot promise
We will clean to the standard described in your quote using the correct method for each surface. There are limits, and we would rather set them out here than surprise you:
- Some stains are permanent. Battery acid etching, deep oil penetration, paint, and concrete already etched by previous cleaning cannot be fully reversed. We will tell you before starting if we think that applies.
- Oil removal is typically 70–95%, not 100%. Anyone promising complete removal of an old oil stain is guessing.
- Heavily oxidised or chalking paint will improve but not look new. Cleaning cannot restore a failed coating.
- Growth returns. A soft wash typically lasts 18–24 months in Jacksonville, less in heavy shade or at the coast. That is the nature of the climate, not a defect in the work.
7. Liability and insurance
We carry general liability insurance and Florida workers' compensation for every technician on site. A certificate is available on request.
If we damage something, we will tell you before we leave the property and our insurance will cover it. We ask that any damage claim is raised within 7 days of the work so we can inspect it.
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions that cleaning reveals or worsens where those conditions were not disclosed to us — for example, failed window seals, loose or rotten timber, existing roof leaks, unsealed penetrations, or previously damaged stucco. We will point these out where we spot them.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the work in question, except where the law does not permit that limitation.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel or reschedule at no charge with 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or where we cannot access the property, may incur a call-out charge. Commercial contracts have their own notice terms, set out in the contract.
9. If something is wrong
Tell us. Contact us within 7 days and we will come back and look at it. Where the work has not met the scope in your quote we will re-clean the area at no charge. We would always rather fix something than argue about it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
