About Pressure Cleaning Jacksonville FL

We are a small, licensed, insured exterior cleaning company working across Jacksonville and the First Coast. We have been doing it since 2013, we use our own employees rather than subcontractors, and we soft wash anything that shouldn't take pressure — which is most of your house.

How we got here

The company started the way most in this trade do: one machine, one trailer, and a driveway that looked worse after the first attempt than before it. That first mistake — a hand wand on a big slab, and the striped finish that came with it — is the reason we now put a rotary surface cleaner on every open area of concrete, and why we talk about tooling rather than PSI.

The second lesson took longer. We spent a couple of years pressure washing siding because that was what everyone did, and watching customers get in touch four months later asking why the green was back. It wasn't their imagination and it wasn't bad luck. Pressure removes the colour of algae and leaves the organism. Once we switched to soft washing the return calls stopped and the interval went from months to years.

How we work

Everything below follows from those two lessons, and it is the whole of our method:

  • Chemistry for anything living, pressure for anything embedded. Siding, stucco, roofs and timber get a solution at low pressure. Concrete and pavers get a surface cleaner.
  • Fixed written prices. You get an itemised quote before we book and the number does not change on the day.
  • No deposits on standard residential work. You pay when the job is done and you have looked at it.
  • Plants first. Everything in the spray zone is soaked with clean water before we start and rinsed again after.
  • We say no. If a service is not worth it for your property, we will tell you. That costs us jobs and keeps customers.

Where we work

All of Duval County plus St. Johns, Clay and Nassau — roughly a 40-mile radius from downtown Jacksonville, at the same prices everywhere with no travel surcharge. Twelve years across those counties is where the local detail on this site comes from: the iron in 32259's well water, the oak canopy in Mandarin, the pine pollen timing in Yulee, and the salt film at the Beaches.

What we don't do

Worth being clear about, so nobody wastes a phone call. We don't do interior cleaning, window cleaning as a standalone service, gutter interiors, roof repairs, or painting. We clean exteriors, and we would rather refer you to someone good than take on work we aren't set up for.

FAQ

About the company

How long have you been cleaning exteriors in Jacksonville?
Since 2013. We have worked on more than 2,000 properties across Duval, St. Johns, Clay and Nassau counties in that time, which is where most of the local specifics on this site come from — the well-water rust in St. Johns, the oak canopy problem in Mandarin, the pollen timing in Yulee.
Are you licensed and insured?
We carry $2,000,000 general liability and Florida workers' compensation for every technician on site, and we hold a local business tax receipt. We can send a certificate of insurance directly from our insurer to you, your HOA or your property manager on request.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every technician on your property is our own employee, trained in-house and covered by our workers' compensation policy. That matters because if an uninsured subcontractor is hurt on your property, the claim can end up against your homeowner's policy.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We tell you, immediately, before we leave — and our general liability covers it. In practice damage is rare because the method prevents it: we soft wash anything delicate rather than using pressure, and we use a surface cleaner on concrete so nobody can linger in one spot.
Will you tell me if I don't need a service?
Yes, and we do it regularly. If your home is in open sun and was washed 14 months ago, you probably do not need another wash yet. If your roof is genuinely near end of life, cleaning it is money better spent on the replacement. We would rather keep a customer for a decade than sell one job.
