Quotes and booking
How quickly will I get a quote?
Usually the same day. For a standard house or driveway we can price it from the address using aerial imagery, so no site visit is needed. Larger or unusual jobs — paver sealing, commercial properties, anything with access problems — we prefer to look at in person, normally within two working days.
Do I need to be home for the quote?
No, and usually not for the work either. Send us the address and a couple of photos of anything you are concerned about, and we can price it remotely. If we do need to visit we will arrange a time, but you do not have to be there for that either.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We can normally schedule within the week across Jacksonville and the First Coast. Spring, after pollen season ends in late April, is our busiest period and lead times stretch a little — book a couple of weeks ahead if you want a specific date then.
What do you need from me to give a price?
The address, roughly what needs cleaning, and whether the home is one or two storeys. Photos help a lot for anything unusual — heavy staining, rust, an awkward roof. If you are not sure what you need, describe the problem and we will tell you which service fits.
