Pressure Washing Across Jacksonville & the First Coast

We cover Duval, St. Johns, Clay and Nassau counties — about a 40-mile radius from downtown Jacksonville, at the same prices everywhere. What changes between areas isn't the price, it's the problem: salt at the Beaches, well-water rust in St. Johns, oak canopy in Mandarin, pine pollen in Yulee. Each page below explains which one is affecting your home.

FAQ

Coverage questions

What areas do you cover around Jacksonville?
All of Duval County plus St. Johns, Clay and Nassau — roughly a 40-mile radius from downtown Jacksonville. That includes the Beaches, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, St. Johns 32259, Mandarin, Orange Park, Yulee and everywhere between them.
Do you charge a travel fee for outlying areas?
No. Our prices are the same across every area we list, including Yulee and Ponte Vedra which are the furthest out. If you are outside the roughly 40-mile radius, tell us where you are and we will say honestly whether we can reach you.
Why does the recommended cleaning interval differ by area?
Because the local conditions differ. Coastal salt at the Beaches and heavy oak canopy in Mandarin both keep walls damp, so algae returns roughly twice as fast and those areas need annual washing. Open, sunny subdivisions like Nocatee comfortably stretch to two years.
Can you work in gated communities and HOAs?
Yes. We hold current general liability and workers' compensation certificates and can send them to your community manager before the appointment. Several Ponte Vedra and Nocatee communities require a contractor to be on file before the gate will admit them.

Not sure if you're in our area?

Send us your address or ZIP and we will tell you straight away — and if you're outside our radius we will say so rather than waste your time.
